Step 1: At home screen tap on "Pay Now" button.

Step 2: Select the amount you want to upload as your Milkyway Wallet balance and press OK.

Step 3: Put your mobile number linked with Paytm UPI id in mobile number input box or put any other UPI id under UPI id section and press and press OK.

Step 4: It will now send you a text message from your UPI id bank or application with a link, click on the link and the bank application will open.

Step 5: Put your PIN number in the UPI provider application and finish the payment.

Step 6: Open Milkyway application and wait for some moments until balance uploads in your wallet.

Step 7: If the balance doesn't increase and your bank account gets deducted, it may come back as it happens sometimes if you put your UPI pin or OTP wrong in the payment application. And if the balance gets deducted and you still don't get the balance in the Milkyway wallet then please contact us on 07778869169 number between 11 am to 6 pm, We are here to help!!

Step 1: Click on "Pay Now" button at home screen right corner & payment page will appear.

Step 2: Click on second section of payment method titles autopay at you desired autopay option which indicates minimum balance of milkyway wallet on left and payment that you want milkyway to auto deduct from your UPI id linked bank account.

Step 3: Now proceed with e-mandate for ₹1 transaction for your approval and finish it as usual using your UPI.

Step 4: Once you finish transaction for e-mandate you will be notify before 1 day when your balance is less than agreed amount, and on second day your UPI id will be deducted with agreed maximum amount, you just need to shop and leave payment to Autopay & maintain balance in UPI linked account. Step 1: Select any category and click on sub category if any and your product will have add button and press it once and small window will appear which have next day’s date, you can choose any other date for delivery too or you can also choose from and to date if you want your order for 2 or more days.

Step 2: If you want to buy only for tomorrow’s order, press “BUY” button and confirm the order, & your order will be delivered along with your daily order if any.

Step 1: Press the “Daily” button (Press only once) for any item you wish to be delivered at your doorstep on a daily basis.

Step 2: Check in your order section on the home page under the dates section , select dates and check if order has been processed as per your need or not just to make sure of it. Once done , order will come to your doorstep on daily basis without you ordering it daily.

Step 1: First if you have any order for same item e.g. If you have 2 bags of Amul gold on daily basis and now you need 3 bags on daily basis, first you have to cancel your daily order going to the Order section under the dates panel on your home screen.

Step 2: Choose tomorrow’s date and under the quantity section of Amul gold , choose quantity 0(Zero) and press the “Daily delete” button and delete daily order.

Step 3: Now create a fresh new order as per FAQ number 4 and get it delivered daily with new quantity.

You can simply chose quantity from order panel in you home screen under date panel

Example: If you have 2 Amul shakti order daily but for tomorrow you need 4 bags of Amul shakti milk then simply change your quantity from order panel from 2 to 4 and confirm, and you will be delivered changed 4 quantity for next day and after that your regular daily order will continue from day after as 2 bags in this example.

We have listed local vendors and providers from your area itself, and we provide daily delivery service once your area is service eligible for Milk delivery.

Our app is area sensitive, so you will see some items in your area but you may see more or less items appear in your friend’s or family’s area if they live in different locality as its all subject to availability of products and vendors available in that area.
